Note:

• For students who are absent for any Assessment / Unit Test, no provision can be made for supplementary tests.
• Failure to appear at any Assessment can seriously affect a student’s promotion. If due to sickness one is not able to attend an Examinations / Unit Test, the matter must be made known to the school authorities on the day of the Examination / Unit Test with proper medical documents, failing which the student will be awarded zero.
• The breach of any of the regulations of conduct at examination or the use of unfair means, even if discovered subsequently, will merit the cancellation of the particular paper and the student concerned will be awarded zero. And if such misconduct is repeated, he will be expelled from the entire examination. (all subjects)
• For fail candidate there is no provision for re-examination.
• The result of the Final Assessment is final and cannot be changed.
• A student who fails to secure promotion may be asked to leave the school. In no case, however, will he/she be allowed to repeat the same class for a third time. Also a student who fails twice in three consecutive years must be withdrawn.
• Report must be collected on the stipulated day / date. Defaulters may be penalized through a fine and may not attend the school until his report is collected.
• In the question of promotion or failure, the principal’s decision is final.
• Admittance into the School premises is at the sole discretion of the school authorities, who reserve to themselves the right to refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• All communication to the school should be addressed to the Principal. 1f the communication is regarding a pupil of the school the parents are expected to write clearly on the top, the pupil’s name, class, section and registration number.
